The final pieces for a children's illustration class I took this quarter; illustrating the fairy tale 'The Palace of Bells". The intention was to make it look very art nouvaeu, and the line work does that okay enough 9I'm really much more of a cartoonist than a realist, sadly), but the coloring job I did just destroyed it. I need to repaint these soon.

The linework is micron pens on cardstock. The coloring was done in photoshop, and the frame and scrollwork were done in illustrator. The scrollwork itself is not mine (a shame; it's the best thing on this piece), but I can't find the website I downloaded it from, so sadly I can't credit them right now.
